I want to do post graduation to enhance my skills and job enhancement. What should i Do? Will it really help me after 10 years of experience? After post graduation will companies will offer me a good package or better designation?

You stand a great chance to do an MBA from a reputed institute from India or Abroad.
Only choose Top colleges in India otherwise you will return on the same level. Companies prefer candidates with a lot of experience and an MBA degree so I believe you will have great chance to reinvent your career.
