B.Sc. in Chemistry from Mumbai University with 9 years of experience as Telecom Engineer .
I have experience as Maintenance and administration of AVAYA S8300, S8700 media servers, HP DL360 G7 server and G650, G700, G450 media gateways, AES, Audix voice mail system, Avaya IQ, CMS, NICE, CDR, and general voice analyst work.

You can do a certification course in any of the above mentioned Technologies. Also you should have a Masters degree so you should do M.Tech/M.Sc. from correspondence.
