My wife has completed graduation in Science with Zoology hons on 2015 .I want her to pursue one of technical qualification which leads her to teaching.please guide accordingly

Your wife can pursue masters in Zoology and then could go for a teaching position in the same field. Also, if she is willing to enter into the teaching field, she can also pursue a B.Ed degree along with her master.
