Hi, your chosen field of electronics and communication engineering (ECTC) has tremendous career scope. After graduation, you can either study further (recommended) or work straightaway:

1. a) Post-graduate study: To increase your knowledge and job worthiness, you can do master degrees like M.E. and M.Tech in Electronics and Communication. These are typically 2-year programs offered by many Indian universities requiring 50% and above in graduation marks.

After post-graduation, you can work in several private and government industries like consumer electronics, defense, software engineering, telecom, aviation, radio and television, railways etc.  
2. Work straightaway: You can try for entry-level positions in many government and private companies as given above. Be sure to see the daily advertisements in newspapers for job openings.
