1. After 10+2:

You should complete a B.Com degree as this will help you get future managerial jobs as well as positions in the banking and finance sector. I strongly suggest that you do a full-time regular B.Com course from a recognized university.
2. After Graduation:
After you graduate, you can immediately search for jobs in your chosen sectors or you can study further.
Having additional qualifications like M.B.A., C.A., or M.Com degrees will be a huge bonus and will help you get many more jobs.
After graduation, you can also do correspondence and part-time courses specializing in banking, finance, and corporate management.
