I assume you’ve done your 10+2 in commerce. Then, my first suggestion is to do a Bachelor of Statistics course. Some well-known institutes offer this full-time course such as the Indian Statistical Institute (All India) and the School of Applied Sciences (Gurgaon). Specializations include applied statistics, mathematical statistics, and more.
After this, you can either do a PG master’s in statistics or get a job. If you complete your post-graduation in statistics, you’ll be eligible for the popular “Indian Statistical Service” program of UPSC that will open many good job opportunities. Good luck.
