i completed btech in 2013.After that i prepared for government jobs.but now i need ajob with good salary

You seems to have 3 years gap now after your B.Tech. In present scenario it is very difficult to get a job with handsome salary specially if you have such a gap.
It is always advisable to work as intern or join a job at any salary. Once you will have some practical exposure and acquired specific skill set, you may be able to get good salary.
