To get my fluency back i am going to join Executive English Spoken course in British Council New Delhi. I am graduate form B-com Stream and work as PA and stenographer.Now i would like to work in government sector. Kindly advice me for.

I am not sure if there is provision for entry in government jobs at the age of 38. Of course, until you know someone in the government.
However, you can find numerous jobs that relates to your skill set in private sector.
Please let me know if you need any help in job related to private sector.
