I have done b.tech in electrical and electronics engineering in 2013. I have 3 years of experience in maintenance department in a export firm. but now I felt that there is no such growth that i need in this department so I wanna join IT sector.
So please suggest what can I do ? and which diploma courses I should pursue.

If you wish to change your industry or job role, it is better to either join a short term course (3-6 months) or go a full-time degree course (like M.Tech).
I suggest you to go for M.Tech (CSE) and simultaneously learn a programming language. If you do M.Tech from a good college, you may also get placed in a good company. Otherwise, after doing a simple certificate course, you may struggle to find a decent job in IT field as you will be considered as fresher in the same. So you may have to settle for a salary which is far below what you are earning today.
