I want to appear for IAS but I am confused between IES and IAS, also I want to know what is the right time to appear as I dont want to leave this IT job oppurtunity as it will create pressure on me. IT job demand a bond period of 1.5 year so when and how should I start preparing. And whether I should prepare for IAS or IES. Which one is easy to crack.

Hello Aasma,
Since you have ample time you must give your best for IAS first. Also no need to leave your job to prepare for IAS exam. You can join online classes. They provide same quality as that of classroom programs however you can attend classes as per your convenience. Once you feel confident about your preparation, you may leave job at later stage.
You can join http://byjus.com/ for online preparation for IAS exams. There are several other institutes that offer online classes. Do your own research and shortlist a few of them. Then I will help you select the best among them.
