In long run,  a low paying programming or coding career in an average company is much better option than a high paying technical support job in an MNC specially when your inclination is towards coding. Don’t worry about your lack of practice in coding in recent times. Since you have passion into it you can learn it faster. 2 or 3 years down the line you will be satisfied and happier if you choose your passion. . .
