What is your graduation stream? 
If you are a science or engineering graduate then you should ideally go for MS Degree in US. If you are have management, art or commerce background you may go for MBA. The final decision should be based on your graduation stream as well as your interest.
While choosing a foreign program, please be careful about the college. There are several graduates who complete their course and come back to India for job search as unlike India campus placement assistance are not provided by foreign colleges.
