Hello. If you wish to continue working, I suggest you to a part-time or correspondence M.B.A. in marketing. Not only can you do your job alongside, but you’ll add value to your resume. You can also do short-term real estate courses offered by institutes like Institute of Real Estate, CREDAI-RICS, and Finance and India Institute of Real Estate.    
Otherwise, the best option would be to take a work break and pursue a full-time residential post-graduate M.B.A. (marketing) degree. If you can complete the same from a noted university, it will dramatically improve your post-graduation chances with many well-paying managerial and administration jobs being available.
